  • Bedroom

    We provide all linen and towels

    *cots will have a sheet on the mattress but we ask parents to bring their infants preferred bedding.

    Bathroom

    Toilet paper and hand wash will be provided along with a hairdryer. Shampoo, Conditioner and Body wash are not provided.

    Kitchen

    Our kitchens are fully equipped and come with all necessary eco-friendly cleaning products. We provide tea, coffee, sugar, oil, salt, and pepper. A welcome pack is also included, this contains milk, butter, bread, biscuits and jam.

  • Yes each property has a designated parking space.

    Cottage

    Outside the cottage. Space available for 4 cars

    Galton Barn

    Spaces available for 3 cars behind the barn. there is a short walk to the courtyard.

    Coppice Barn

    Space available for 2 cars

  • There is no EV charger. Please message us before booking to arrange charging prior to your stay.

  • I am sorry we do not accept any dogs or any other pets to stay.

    Farm animals are in nearby fields, chicken and guinea fowl roam the grounds. Cats and a small dog live on the farm.

  • No, sorry we do not have a swimming pool or offer hot tubs at the property.

  • Yes, we have partnered with LOVE PAMPER COMPANY to visit our properties to treat our guests. Please contact https://www.lovepampercompany.co.uk/visiting-spa-packages in advance of your arrival to arrange a package.

  • There is WiFi.

    Information will be provided in your welcome pack. There is limited mobile reception on the farm depending on your network. They can be hit or miss depending on your standing location. The wifi is fast but can be disrupted during adverse weather or high usage.

  • Guests can enjoy seeing animals grazing extensively across the farm in warmer months. During winter, animals are kept indoors.

    Ponies and sheep can be found in paddocks near the main farm. Please ask for their location as animals are regularly moved.

    We provide a pot of grain in the properties to feed chicken and guinea fowl that can be found roaming the grounds during the day.

    A footpath runs along the centre of the farm and guests are welcome to walk along the farm tracks
